Who We Are
Starting in 2008 as a one-woman show above the lobby of the Renaissance Centre, Monacella Massage has blossomed into a luxurious Bayfront location, with over ten licensed massage therapists on staff, and expansion into services such as body wraps, scrubs, and facials (coming in 2025!).
We make it our mission to highlight each of our practitioners for their character, dedication, and unique variety of skills that set them apart. Everyone brings something to the table when working with clients that goes beyond another set of eyes or hands! Monacella is a space for individuality to flourish, from practitioner to client. We know everyone is different, and we strive to make each session better than the last. We’re truly a team — as your needs evolve, we may even recommend other staff and modalities to help you become your best!
Each massage is about you — your wants, needs, and desires for treatment. Our staff is experienced, empathetic, and excited to work with you on feeling better, planning the perfect date night, or tuning out the stress in your life. From the soothing basics of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage to the unique benefits of modalities like Thai Massage and Ashiatsu, there's a perfect session waiting for everyone at Monacella!

Acceptable Forms of Payment
We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. HSA Health cards. Some insurances accepted for motor vehicle accidents.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
