We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. HSA Health cards. Some insurances accepted for motor vehicle accidents.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to both our clients and our service providers, the following cancellation policy applies:

Client Cancellations & No-Shows

• 24 hours’ advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service, determined on a case-by-case basis and approved by management.

• First-time late cancellations may be waived if the appointment is rescheduled.

• Repeated late cancellations will result in a fee.

• No-Shows: Anyone who forgets or chooses not to attend their scheduled appointment—without prior notice—will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full cost of the missed service(s).

Provider or Facility Cancellations

• If your service provider is unavailable (e.g., illness), no charge will be applied, and we will do our best to reassign a therapist or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

• Weather-related closures or facility emergencies will result in no charge to the client, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late arrival fees must be settled prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the appointments scheduled after yours.

• Your service provider will determine whether there is sufficient time remaining to begin the treatment.

• Regardless of the length of service provided, the full session fee will apply.
