• A valid email address for pertinent information

• A phone number that can be easily contacted in case of questions, concerns, etc.

• A valid credit or debit card to secure your slot

  • This card will not be charged unless you use it to pay at your session day-of or for violation of cancellation policy

• Arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete your health history forms.

• Late arrivals may lose service time; staff will check in via text at your scheduled time.

Your session begins with an intake to assess your needs. Communicate any concerns or discomfort during the session, including:

• Table positioning

• Topics discussed

• Pain during treatment(s)

• Areas you prefer not to be worked on
