Meet Ashley Barrett, LMT, LE
Ashley completed her esthetics training at Continental School of Beauty in Buffalo, NY (2015), and is an alumna of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY (2017). She brings a deeply intuitive and compassionate approach to massage therapy. Having studied Psychology of the Body, she understands that tension often holds more than just physical stress—it can reflect the emotional rhythms of daily life. With a calm presence and refined technique, she creates a serene space where guests feel truly cared for—body, mind, and spirit.
She is skilled in accommodating a wide range of pressures, with a particular focus on medium therapeutic work that promotes lasting relief. She often integrates trigger point techniques to release tension in specific areas. Her favorite regions to work include the shoulders, hands, and feet—common places where stress accumulates. She also enjoys incorporating aromatherapy to enrich the sensory experience and deepen relaxation. In the esthetics room, she especially enjoys working with clients experiencing dry or aging skin, offering treatments that support deep hydration and visible rejuvenation.
Outside of work, Ashley values time with loved ones and finds peace in nature. She’s an avid walker and reader, an experienced motorcyclist, and expresses her creativity through photography. Passionate about lifelong learning, she’s drawn to topics such as personal development, psychology, health, and metaphysics. Ashley approaches both life and bodywork with curiosity, presence, and intention.
