Gianna Lupo brings a calm, attentive presence and a passion for skin health to her role at Monacella Massage. She joined the team in January 2026, serving at the front desk while also providing esthetics services that focus on both results and relaxation.

A licensed esthetician and 2023 graduate of the Noe Noonan School of Cosmetology, Gianna specializes in customized facials, waxing, and brow makeovers. Her interest in esthetics began early—growing up around her mother’s hair salon, she witnessed firsthand the confidence and transformation that comes from helping people feel their best. That experience inspired her to pursue a career that blends care, creativity, and wellness.

Gianna’s approach to client care is calm, friendly, and detail-oriented. She prioritizes education and thoughtful customization, ensuring each client understands their skin and feels confident in their treatment plan. Whether she’s supporting guests at the front desk or working hands-on in the treatment room, her goal is always the same: to create a comfortable, nurturing experience with visible results.

She especially enjoys advanced skincare treatments and tailoring facials to each client’s unique needs—nothing makes her happier than seeing a guest leave completely relaxed with glowing, radiant skin.

When she’s not at Monacella Massage, Gianna is a devoted cat lover, a proud Swiftie, and a skincare enthusiast through and through.
